By request from the student, the class will be tailored linking poses with the flow of the breath, possible music and mild yoga philosophy. Vinyasa is a practice of effort and ease as we move at a steady pace building heat, endurance, and strength. Following movement, I will provide a guided meditation to bring the body and mind to complete ease.
