If you have free weights resistance bands or any other equipment we can incorporate them into the session. It's not important to own any equipment, there are lots of fun and great exercise where you don't need any equipment, yep NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED, just your lovely selves and a bottle of water to keep you hydrated.
