My classes are suitable for everyone who wants to improve their posture and shape their body. Pilates is all about core strength and use you body in the right way, so that it can prevent and cure all kind of injuries.
I'll adjust the exercises to your level and your goals. You don't need any attributes, but if you have them, I would love to use them in your training. Think of a resistance band, a small Pilates ball, the big Pilates ball and the Pilates ring. I'm trained to teach verbally, but I'm also willing to join you in the exercises. But for me it's really important that you use your body in the right way, so I will always spend time watching you perform the exercises.
If you want, we can start and/or end with a short meditation session as well.
