Strengthen and Lengthen Flow

In this personalized session, we will practice breath work and establish healthy and safe alignment that will build into an energizing flow. These classes will be an appropriate balance between vigorous and relaxing, according to your needs and what your body is longing for in the moment.

I recommend this class for morning flows, as an energizing alternative to your mid-afternoon cup of coffee, or as your evening wind-down.
