Namaste! My name is Abbey and I’ve been guiding new moms in their post-pregnancy journeys for the past five years. Women face a number of profound physical, mental and emotional changes after giving birth, and my intention when I work with new mothers is to help them rebuild their core strength and rebalance their bodies, address the challenges and difficulties of caring for a newborn and explore how to take care of themselves and stay centered in the face of old and new stresses.
