Namaste! My name is Abbey and I’ve been helping individuals deal with chronic back pain for the past five years. I've worked with individuals who've undergone surgery or who suffer from chronic and/or degenerative spinal conditions. My intention when I work with people who suffer from back pain is to help them rebuild and maintain core strength, stretch overly tight muscles, and learn relaxation techniques that can support them in healing faster or in dealing with their discomfort with more grace and ease.
