Creative Vinyasa Flow

This creative flow combines breath and movement to master difficult asanas joyfully and creates a deeper body awareness. Lengthen and strengthen the body while diving into a state of meditation in movement.

This class is especially designed for you, so let me know, which priorities you want to set, so that I can adapt this session exactly to your personal needs. Meditation/breath work included upon request.
