Power Hour Yoga

This all levels power flow is modified to your practice, working to combine a series of muscle conditioning, cardio exercises and controlled breath-work. This program is designed to help improve one's strength and cardio while allowing the student to flow deeper into their poses!

If this is your first class with me, we will have a brief consultation!

Props are an option & meditation/breath work included upon request
