60 Minute Yoga Flow

We'll begin our 60-minute practice with a 3-5 minute breathing/meditation exercise to ground into the body and space. We'll continue with gentle, joint-opening movements, and then take our practice through Sun Salutations, balancing poses, and beyond. We'll wind down with hip-opening postures, and close with a rooting Savasana.

This practice will challenge, empower, and open your body, mind and spirit.
