Join Jane for this foundation class incorporating pranayama (breathe work), meditation, philosophy and yoga asanas (postures) in a beginner friendly class. sessions will teach basic postures focussing on alignment and the exploring the benefits of each posture. Can be tailored to accommodate individual needs.
