Foundational Yoga for Beginners

Are you new to yoga? Would you like to learn the basics but no sure where to start? Join Jane for this foundation class incorporating pranayama (breathe work), meditation, philosophy and yoga asanas (postures) in a beginner friendly class. sessions will teach basic postures focussing on alignment and the exploring the benefits of each posture. Can be tailored to accommodate individual needs.
