Restorative Tantra Yoga

In this yoga class we are going to focus on working on the fascia release, and connect with the second chakra whilst working with kundalini energy to balance the five elements. As we glide through a few poses in ease and comfort, we build flexibility and open the space between the muscle and bone, allowing for a deeper connection with our breath, inner being, and calmness of mind.
