Hi everyone!

I’ve noticed that most people who come to my classes want to repair or fix their bodies with the help of Pilates. It is true that Pilates is a great tool for general fitness and well-being, but it is the person themself who chooses how good they feel. If you achieve the perfect toned figure, will you love yourself any more? I believe that we should not try to enforce conditions that we place on ourselves too harshly, because our minds and bodies are compelled to change and adapt to the lives we live.

I like to think of each of my classes as a learning process. You will discover that Pilates is a method that permeates into the depths of life in a harmonious way, shapes the movement of the body from within and produces correct posture habits.

You will act consciously, sharper and more focused.

Whether it be your back unexpectedly giving way whilst lifting shopping, an elaborate dance floor move, or even just a small child who jumps up to hug us and doesn’t know that our back is weak. Pilates will tone and strengthen our bodies to give us the confidence and ability to take anything that life throws at us :)

I invite you to my classes where you can focus on what really matters. Your body will thank you for it.

Just finished (my wife and I) a successful Pilates session. was fun, dynamic, challenging and Halleli was nice and professional. I highly recommend it.

The session was great!

Halleli was amazing and very proffesional and super nice, and the level of the workout was adjusted to my fitness level. she demonstrated every exercise and made it easy to follow. It was exactly what i was looking for and felt like a regular personal training session. highly recommended :)
