We are offering Hatha Yoga sessions specific to the individual. This class can be suitable for the elderly, the less able, and beginners to advanced students. According to your body, we will design the class for you. This will involve a weekly class and lifestyle plan to suit your needs.
We can offer a combination of practices including (and depending upon your ability/experience):
~Asana in the traditional Hatha style, with the opportunity to learn more in-depth about correct alignment in poses
~Safe Pranayama (breath) practices
~Inward listening through Guided Meditation and techniques for a deeper concentration
~Beneficial Mudras (hand gestures) to support your overall health
~Easy Shatkarma (cleansing) practices to maintain balance within the bodily excretions
