Power Yoga 60 mins

Don't be put off by the title! I teach yoga with experience that is great for all levels because the power is not about being strong in a pose, it's about creating space where you are stuck, unlocking the chains that are holding you back and being perfectly okay with who you are.

No matter how much yoga you've done before, my classes are adaptable, dynamic, intelligently sequenced and themed with the intention to help you open to greater awareness of the body you're blessed with by moving into stillness. I teach in a variety of ways including demonstrating poses with grounded, simple and easy to understand verbal cueing.
