The most blissfully, relaxing yoga you will ever do. It is like taking your duvet down to the beach and wrapping up in total, warming comfort whilst listening to the sound of the ocean rock you to sleep. Restorative yoga works with the energetic body, allowing you to release stored emotional and muscular tension in a very safe and supported way.
There are four pillars to the practice - warmth, comfort, stillness and darkness. We use a lot of props to create these pillars but you don't need to spend a tonne of money on expensive stuff. Blankets, cushions, pillows, belts, books, etc, there are many things around the house that are perfectly good for you to use. Before the practice, I will let you know what you'll need.
