Yoga nidra is a wonderfully balancing and rejuvenating practice where I guide you through an exploration of your body, breath, conscious and subconscious mind into a state of bliss. It is said that 1 hour of yoga nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep. My voice and delivery is calm, smooth and deeply soothing.
In this course, you will get five individual sessions lasting between 45 to 60 minutes (and the price is for the whole course, not for one hour).
You don't need much, just to be in a warm, comfortable and quiet space to lie down where you won't be disturbed for the duration of the practice. For those who have practiced yoga nidra before, I work with both Satyananda and iRest styles of yoga nidra.
