Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a form of deep relaxation and can be practiced by anyone. It is very similar to guided mediation as it helps the physical body relax and let go of stress and tension.
The regular practice of Yoga Nidra has been found to significantly reduce tension and anxiety.
Yoga Nidra is a very powerful practice as it not only brings the body into a deep state of relaxation, but it also has much power in overcoming bad habits and repetitive negative thoughts. During this practice, we will work also together on putting your dreams and aspirations into action on a subconscious level so that they will manifest on a conscious level.
