Larissa is a great teacher - she was very attentive and she knew exactly how to adjust the pace of the session to my level and personal needs. After the class my body felt more open and relaxed for several hours.. It was the first time I did a private online workout and the experience was definitely beyond my expectations.

As a new mom, it’s hard to find time to do yoga, so practicing online private yoga seems a great solution for me.

I would definitely recommend taking private online yoga classes, especially if you are stressed in time and need someone to give you personal guidance. Online workout is something you need to get used to at first, but it is really a great experience to work out with a personal instructor who provides a training that is completely customized to your needs and physical situation - without having to leave your home (and your baby).
