Having travelled the world for over 11 months, I discovered my passion for teaching. I believe that yoga is a personal journey and that I am here to guide you through your practice. My aim is to make you comfortable in your practice and learn you the correct alignment techniques so that you enjoy the full benefits that yoga has to offer you.
I teach Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga and create my own yoga classes aligned with your specific needs. So whether you are looking at yoga from a spiritual perspective or use the practice as an exercise, I am here to help you! Meditation is interrelated to yoga and can offer great benefits when it is practiced next to yoga. I offer meditation classes applying various meditation techniques.
My motto is that yoga is for everyone and it can be practiced anywhere.
