Vinyasa class, Yin and Yang flow!

This is a class where I will be exploring conscious breathing and long holds in various postures that will enhance both flexibility and mobility within one's range of physical dynamics.
I will throw in strengthening elements so we can "accommodate" and become aware of the core and find that stability we are all looking for on the mat and most of the times outside of it:)! The exploration always starts with a first step and with the openness to allow the body to be awakened and energized through movement and pranayama! I will be available to chat over the class or for any questions or inquiries via FitMyTime's internal messaging system.
