Vinyasa class, Yin and Yang flow!

This is a class where I will be exploring conscious breathing and long holds in various postures that will enhance both flexibility and mobility within one's range of physical dynamics.
I will throw in strengthening elements so we can "accommodate" and become aware of the core and find that stability we are all looking for on the mat and most of the times outside of it:)! The exploration always starts with a first step and with the openness to allow the body to be awakened and energized through movement and pranayama! Working the energetic system through meridians lines is always a way to balance out any discomfort, observing and allowing what comes up is always the starting point to shift ones environment and life!
