Join me for a relaxing yin yoga class that will soothe your stress and relax your tight muscles. Yin yoga is a still and meditative practice that allows you to stretch deeply into the muscles and connective tissues of the body by holding postures anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes… just like a deep tissue massage for the body!

Expect to be supported in a judgement free environment intended for your healing and relaxation. All levels of yoga experience are welcome and all bodies are welcome.
