Meditation is a Powerful Yoga method for relaxation and stress relief. daily Meditation of 15 minutes can make you fresh, joyful and balanced state of mind! In this session we will practice Pranayama followed by meditation. We can cure anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, insomnia, lack of concentraion and many mental and physical ailments by practicing meditation daily. That is why I kept this rate very low, to help every student and people who are suffering!!
