Hip Hop Dance Power Hour

Get in touch with the music during this high intensity dance fitness session, designed to get your muscles moving and your sweat on! If you're a rhythmic diva like me, you'll forget you're working out and lose yourself in the beat.

The music ranges from hip hop to pop. This class is best for those who enjoy dancing! Although it's not required that you have any dance experience, choreography is moderate to fast paced, so some experience with tempo'd classes is recommended.
