Sampoorna Yoga

Sampoorna Yoga is the yoga of fullness, it refines and purifies all aspects of the human personality by using breathwork, meditation, and poses. Sun salutations, inversions, backward bends, forward bend, and twist will be included giving you a full-body workout head to toe. Sampoorna Yoga is a spiritual practice leaving you feeling relaxed, recharged, and happy. My Sampoorna yoga classes will take place in various different places including, my living room, ashrams, horse farms, and studios.
