Hi everyone, my name is Vera, I am yoga teacher and physiotherapist from Czech Republic and I would like to invite you for my Yoga class for Seniors and Elderly people.
In this class you will have the opportunity to refresh your body and mind with an anatomically correct movement, easy yoga asana and breathing techniques. Movement is important in every age, ecpecially for keeping good condition, self-sufficiency, health and quality of day to day life. This class is about moving the body in anatomically correct way, to not harm yourself and gain all the benefits for your body.
