Gentle Restorative Yoga for Chronic Fatigue

There is no level of physical fitness required for this session. We will focus on gentle restorative poses, using props to hold you in positions which help to calm the nervous system. I have been working with people with Chronic Fatigue for the past 2 years and many of them are house bound. They report that our sessions helps them to manage their symptoms, particularly brain fog, pain and sleep.
