This system is involved in fluid management in the body, our immune system, and the natural detoxification process of the body. A yoga practice that is specifically designed to support the lymphatic system can help to manage swelling, improve concentration and support the body's ability to fight off infection and maintain wellness. I am a certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) trained in Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) for the lymphatic system through the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy.
