Prenatal Yoga

Namaste Everyone! My name is Irina and I am a Certified Yoga 200h Teacher and Prenatal Yoga.

I have started my journey with Yoga more than 5 years ago and since then I firmly believe that Yoga has a lot to offer to every person, especially during such an amazing time like Pregnancy.

There are no doubt plenty of benefits of practicing yoga during pregnancy, such as:

  • It improves circulation and helps to ease pregnancy aches and pains.

  • It helps to build strength and stamina without putting undue stress or strain on the body.

  • It calms our nervous system, helps to balance and helps to nurture a deep sense of connection with your growing baby.

I am currently pregnant as well :) which gives me a deeper understanding of how you ladies feel. During my classes, you don't need to have a lot of props: only your mat, a big towel (that everyone has at home) and a cushion for your own comfort. If you do have blocks, straps or a bolster, we will adapt our classes using it together.
