Namaste Everyone! My name is Irina and I am a Certified Yoga 200h Teacher and Prenatal Yoga.
I have started my journey with Yoga more than 5 years ago and since then I firmly believe that Yoga has a lot to offer to every person, especially during such an amazing time like Pregnancy.
There are no doubt plenty of benefits of practicing yoga during pregnancy, such as:
It improves circulation and helps to ease pregnancy aches and pains.
It helps to build strength and stamina without putting undue stress or strain on the body.
It calms our nervous system, helps to balance and helps to nurture a deep sense of connection with your growing baby.
I am currently pregnant as well :) which gives me a deeper understanding of how you ladies feel. During my classes, you don't need to have a lot of props: only your mat, a big towel (that everyone has at home) and a cushion for your own comfort. If you do have blocks, straps or a bolster, we will adapt our classes using it together.
