Hello there, I am a Personal Trainer with more than 10 years of experience. I have a B.Sc degree in nutritional sciences and I am a licensed Registered Dietitian RD from Israel.
My training sessions are based mainly on body weight, which makes them practical for everyone, because the only thing you need is sports clothes and a mat.
The training sessions goals and achievements are to increase muscle mass, improve strength, mobility, stability, coordination, asist with a weight loss process when you wish to preserve muscle mass, lose fat and more.
