I am a Nutritionist RD with a B.Sc degree in nutritional sciences and a Personal Trainer.
This combination of nutrition and training supplied me the tools to help an individual reach his/her goals, but more importantly, sustain them over time.
Training is based mainly on body weight, some accessories if available and some improvised weights like water bottles when necessary.
The training sessions are meant to increase muscle mass, strength, mobility, stability, coordination and more.
