Yoga is an amazing practice for the visually impaired to gain greater spatial awareness, mental acuity, balance, improved posture, and confidence in movement. Breathing techniques will be taught to help ease stress and anxiety.
Participants will receive detailed explanations on how to get into each pose. No standing postures unless requested. A yoga mat is highly recommended but not required.
