Yoga for a Healthy Back

Learn yoga postures to help strengthen the back and core, lengthen ligaments and tendons that are causing tension and compression in the spine. Practice proper breathing techniques to maximize the benefits of the postures.

Participants will be guided through postures safely and thoroughly so proper alignment is followed to maximize the benefits.

Before the first session there will be a mini consult via email or by phone/Zoom to ensure a personalized session.
