Self-Massage

This class is suuuper yummy.

We will start with meditation and some gentle movement and breathing practices to get us into our bodies and out of our heads.

Then, I will teach/guide breast and/or womb self-massage (up to you if you would like to learn both or focus on one per class). These are practices that you can take and incorporate into your daily practice.

Breast massage is amazing for opening the heart, detoxing, increasing endorphins and making you all around more juicy mmm. It's also an amazing form of self-care meditation. Your breasts are a manifestation of your heart chakra. The heart chakra can become blocked from suppressing grief, joy, through heartbreak and more. Breast massage clears these heart chakra blockages, opens the yoni and womb space and allows for your creative and sexual energy to flow freely.

Womb massage is another amazing form of self-care, as we store so much emotion in our wombs. This massage is great for helping you check in with your body and you'll feel super grounded and clear afterwards. It's a great way to begin any self-pleasure practice.
