Personal Training Session

In your customized personal training session, I will help you sculpt, tone and strengthen your body in the ways that are most important to you using creative combinations of traditional calisthenics and plyometrics. I specialize in bodyweight exercise, but am also experienced in training with free weights and exercise bands. We can use whatever you have access to and work in the space that you have. You don't need much more than commitment and a positive attitude. I will provide the knowledge, support and extra motivation!
