Prenatal Yoga

Designed specifically for the pregnant person. we will learn and practice different poses and breathing techniques to ease your everyday routine, strengthen, stretch and honor your the changing body and enjoy! These classes will be tailored to your personal needs, goals and/or conditions, if there are any (e.g. better sleep, driving a lot, having other kids in the house and/or back/pelvis discomfort, strengthen the core, etc.).
All levels are welcome! There is no need in previous practice or knowledge.
