I'm Miki, a fitness trainer with more than 20 years of experience and i’m here for you.
The workouts I offer will be customized for you, depending on your physical fitness, your age and your expectations.
I am a fitness trainer, as well as a TRX, Zumba, and Pilates instructor with 22 years of experience. I am a manager of a Physical fitness Training Center (since 2003) with 6 instructors and 300 clients. I have a B.E.D. In Physical Education since 1998, I am Pilates Certified since 2006, I’m a Certified Zumba instructor since 2011, and a TRX Certified instructor since 2014.
Since the outbreak of the epidemic I have been training all of my clients online.
