From "Yogash chittahvritti nirodhah", to Snake Yoga ; the technique has been improvised many times. Sometimes so harshly that it lost its original essence, but such is the magnitude in the name (read Yog) itself that whichever form it took, it always found a following.
My name is Nidhi and I belive in keeping the traditions alive. My guru instilled the root practices in me which I would like to share with as many people as possible.
My practices include the originals of the traditional practices such as kriyas, mudras, Bandha, pranayama, yogasana etc.
Traditional yogic practices are wonderfully structured to achieve optimum body and mind functioning. These can really help in realising the full potential of human beings. I Invite all of you to indulge yourselves in the yogic practices in such a way that self realisations aren't scary any more.
I also like to do readings of bhagwad gita, yoga sutra, and other great scriptures to spread the knowledge and awareness.
Let's begin the journey of awareness together.
What all do you need :
Just a mat and faith in yourself.
Tip: please avoid eating before 1 hour before and after the class.
