Jessica is a yoga therapist with specialized training in pelvic health, back health, chronic pain, autoimmune disease including fibromyalgia and arthritis, sleep disorders, and prenatal care. During the session, she addresses not just the problem itself but works to help you break through old patterns and trauma to help learn tools to heal.
The first session includes the initial consultation and assessment with a plan of care specific to your needs that you will do at home. Follow-up appointments include an entire sequence custom to your needs. As we continue working together, we will be updating the plan of care as needed.
Intake (first session) includes (but is not limited to) assessing and addressing sleep habits, breathing habits, and stressors. You will discuss concerns you are experiencing with your health, and there is an evaluation of body and breath awareness as well as physical mobility to help determine what movements will best help you specifically.
