Classes are tailored according to your goals, needs and fitness level. During the session, I will demonstrate exercises, cue your movement, and give you feedback based on your performance to help you improve your movement and get the max out of each exercise.

You can choose among a range of small props to add variety to your workout or if you prefer, just use a mat (no equipment is required).
