Yoga for everyone! (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin)

Hi there! My name is Maysun Hassanaly. I have been practicing Yoga for the past 5 years and recently became qualified in India (200 hours YTT Multistyle Yoga Alliance certified), where I reconnected with my Indian roots.

  • What I teach:
    I teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga for beginners and intermediate students. I also like to include Prayanamas (breathing exercises). I like to keep the environment fun and relaxed, at the same time focusing towards your goals :)

  • Who and why:
    I teach individuals, or small groups (up to 5-10). My aim is to spread my knowledge of Yoga, help students improve their practice, wellbeing, physical and mental health through Yoga, and just generally for students to leave the class feeling amazing. I teach in French and English :)

  • How:
    Classes will be conducted online via Skype/Facetime/Zoom. All you need is a Yoga mat (a carpet and a towel will be fine if you don’t have one), a computer/tablet and a good internet connection!

This is for people who:

  • Want to start practicing Yoga
  • Want to keep up with their Yoga practice at home and move their body during the lockdown

After an initial discussion to define what you wish to focus on, I will set up a session to meet your personal needs.
