Yin Yang Yoga is a beautiful practice that will balance the flow of energy in your body and your mind.
We will starts the class by Yin poses to let the Qi circulate, giving time to our deeper tissus to open and stretch. In Yin Yoga we hold poses for longer time which allow this deep and intense opening.
Then we will go for a more Yang flow, to dynamise your body and your mind, with a sequence of postures specially designed to release tensions and strenghten your body.
This class is open to beginner and more advance yogis.
As I like to repeat, Yoga is not about flexibility, it is all about creating a space to connect with the present moment.
