Pilates,Beginners Yoga, Meditation

I am 450Hr Yoga &Meditation Teacher, Polestar Pilates Mat level 3, Reformer Pilates teacher.
The combination of training and personal experience and a lot of patience has made me understand and appreciate my body and its limitations. I find Pilates, especially the Polestar Method, a soft approach. It offers a new way of rehabilitation, building strength and core stability, combining it with good understating of breath work keeping me healthy and free  from pain.
My obsession and attention to correct alignment give the perfect support and safe environment, which all levels of students require. I have a deep passion, compassion and understanding for spine pathology, I understand your pain, I have been there and now my aim is for  my students to leave the class with the sensation of feeling taller, stronger, energised and of course pain free
